  • Overview

    The individual in this position is responsible for providing administrative support for all ACA Compliance Group (“ACA” or the “Company”) management and staff, including support for the Company’s back office functions related to client development, marketing, event planning, finance, legal, human resources, and/or training areas.


    • Assist the Office Manager by researching and responding to requests in a timely manner
    • Research, evaluate certain operational vendors and cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with such vendors
    • Conduct daily walk-through of office to ensure office space is clean, arranged and appropriately stocked according to ACA standards
    • Manage conference room calendar and coordinate and address any meeting needs
    • Answer office phones and direct incoming calls
    • Prepare, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries
    • Organize and maintain client and employee files
    • Purchase, receive, monitor, and maintainoffice supplies
    • Assist Company personnel with preparing reports, memos and other documents
    • Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, webcasts and other arrangements for Company events
    • Prepare correspondence and perform other clerical functions
    • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives


    • Bachelor’s Degree required – concentration in human resources, business, computers, or office management is an asset
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience performing administrative or clerical duties in an office setting
    • Proficiency in the use of office equipment, including voice messaging systems, faxes, photo copiers, and scanners
    • Ability to be consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
    • Demonstrated professional integrity
    • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new initiatives and changing client needs
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
    • Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
    • Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high quality standards and customer service focus
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail  
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
