  • Overview

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to implement, and configure ACA software products across investment management clients. The person will act as a liaison between the client and our product teams, and responsible for day to day execution of projects.

     

    ACA’s software products offers wide variety of functionality for our clients, including Order Management, Portfolio Management, Data Warehouse, Security Master, Pricing Master, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and Trade Surveillance capabilities for firms in the financial services industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform analysis on business issues, define requirements and propose solutions to issues
    • Develop processes for data extraction, cleansing, manipulation, and analysis
    • Work directly with clients to onboard them onto the ACA software products, conduct training sessions, and manage customer feedback
    • Communicate and manage internal and external implementation requirements and expectations
    • Provide support for continuous integration, test automation, source code control and review processes
    • Manage software product releases and upgrades
    • Maintain procedural documentation and update as necessary
    • Evaluate process and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
    • Supervise, train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to junior colleagues
    • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred - computer science, information technology, math, or related field preferred
    • Two years of experience with FinTech, financial services or investment technology company or strong willingness to learn
    • Working experience with Languages (C#, SQL) and Technologies and Tools (.NET, Winforms) with good understanding of dependency injection techniques required
    • Working knowledge of database concepts required
    • Experience with source control management (Git), continuous integration and deployment (TeamCity), and best practices is preferred
    • Experience with Tableau, and / or SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
