  • Overview

    The individual in this position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance and upkeep of systems and platforms used within the HR team.  The individual in this position is also responsible for creating and maintaining the procedurals manual, as well as companywide training on applicable HR systems as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Overall administration of existing HR systems, including implementation and administration of new systems and platforms, configuration of information in the system and data entry Operate companywide help desk for HR systems
    • Conduct training for employees on HR systems Create ACA specific documentation and procedures for HR systems
    • Maintain employee records and upgrades/fixes on HR systems
    • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reporting
    • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in human resources or information technology preferred
    • Three years HRIS administration experience, UltiPro and iCims experience preferred
    • Systems implementation experience preferred
    • Reporting and analysis experience preferred
    • Excellent Excel skills, including Vlookup, Pivot and Chart
    • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance
    • Demonstrated professional integrity
    • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
    • Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
    • Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high quality standards and customer service focus
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
    • Willing to undertake minimal travel
    • Available for work and/or travel Monday through Friday on a general basis, including outside of normal business hours and/or weekends
