    The individual in this position is primarily responsible for leading and supporting ACA’s Sales and Marketing teams in their efforts to successfully execute ACA’s FINTECH marketing plans and build the ACA brand. The FINTECH Marketing Lead will work closely with members of the marketing, sales, and product manager teams to execute on daily marketing activities, as well as participate in strategic corporate initiatives and projects. 

    • Collaborate with business teams to coordinate marketing plans and strategies for the technology divisions and products at ACA
    • Conduct status update meetings
    • Assist ACA’s sales team and business leaders on new business opportunities and initiatives
    • Train, evaluate, oversee, and provide feedback to junior colleagues
    • Identify opportunities and tactics that will help best promote ACA and its products and services
    • Develop and manage communications plans, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and web strategy
    • Develop marketing materials, presentations, infographics, and thought leadership pieces to best position ACA’s products and services
    • Partner with ACA’s Events Team to develop marketing strategies for promoting conferences, webcasts, and regional meetings
    • Coordinate website and landing page updates
    • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives


    • Bachelor’s Degree required – major or concentration in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications preferred
    • At least 5 years of experience working in a marketing role
    • Experience in marketing for financial services, professional services, and software companies preferred
    • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance
    • Demonstrated professional integrity
    • Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
    • Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in one’s own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks
