    Client Development Administrator (Sales Admin)


    Position Objective:

    Assist in the administration of sales, promotion, and marketing for ACA Compliance Group's broker-dealer practice.  


    Summary of Responsibilities:

    • Help get blast list ready for roundtables and webcasts
    • Assist with imputing/managing data in Salesforce
    • Work with marketing and events team to track event RSVPs, prepare displays, name tags, and marketing collateral
    • Support ACA’s sales and business development team in the pursuit of sales goals
    • Participate in sales meetings and telephone calls
    • Prepare proposals and respond to requests for proposals
    • Conduct detailed data analysis and research additional market opportunities for potential and existing ACA products and services
    • Conduct studies and analyses and develop strategic interpretation of collected industry, market, client, and prospect data to aid the sales team in gaining competitive advantages in its pursuit of ACA strategic corporate objectives and financial goals
    • Attend industry events and conferences as a participant or exhibitor and representative of ACA, both in the U.S. and on occasion, outside the U.S.
    • Ensure that descriptions of ACA’s products and services on ACA’s website are current
    • Ensure that the Sales and Marketing segment of ACA’s intranet is current
    • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives


    Summary of Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required – major or concentration in sales, marketing, or business preferred
    • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance
    • Dedicated to upholding ACA’s high-quality standards and customer service focus
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
